does not collect personally identifiable information without visitors' knowledge. As part of the registration process new users do need to provide certain contact information. Where visitors do provide such information we will not reveal contact information or use quotations in a public context unless having obtained specific permission first.
USER REPONSIBILITY
Our registered users are able to edit personal information in their profiles, which are made available to others in the chat room. It is the responsibility of the user to decide on individual content for a profile. We strongly advise users not to place personal email addresses, or contact numbers in their profiles. We reserve the right to edit and remove profiles where innapropriate personal information is displayed.
SITE STATISTICS
HOLY CLIPS does track the number of visitors to our site and retains aggregate statistics about this. Our system also automatically track other information as part of this based on information provided by your browser / pc/ ip address, this includes but is not limited to geographical area, operating system used, browser used, trails followed within the website.

HOLY CLIPS uses cookies as part of the log-on system. These can be turned off by un-checking the click box at the log in area. Some of our advertising also includes cookies.

We do not sell or provide personal information to anyone else for any commercial or marketing purpose.
If we find you breach our terms and conditions we may from time to time pass on details of the relevant authorities.
MAILING LISTS
HOLY CLIPS operates a voluntary subscription mailing list to update subscribers with the latest site news and information. From time to time, our mailing list postings will be sponsored by a Christian company or organisation (no more than one paragraph of text). The system allows subscribers to un-subscribe automatically by clicking a link. We also maintain an opt in SMS service to unsubscribe to this system you will need to send an SMS message back to the system with the KEYWORD followed by STOP.
